Help spread the word about our adoption.

UPDATE: I decided that the original button that I made was too busy and hard to read, so here is an updated version. For those of you who have all ready added the previous one, don't feel like you need to change it (although you can if you want.)

My friend, Diana, asked if I had a button advertising our adoption blog that she could add to her blog. I hadn't thought of that, but of course, I am always happy to implement fantastic ideas! Thanks Diana!

We would love it if everyone (yes, even if you aren't in the US, but have US readers visiting your blog) to help us by adding our button to your blog. Here is the code to insert that will also make the button a link to our adoption blog.

To do this on blogger:
1. Go to your "Layout" tab
2. Click on the "Add a Gadget" link on your sidebar
3. Select the option to add html
4. Copy the code you see above into the space provided

That's it. Easy as pie! (I never really got that saying, Pie can actually be quite difficult to make.)

I also thought that I would offer some encouragement in the way of incentive. (Or in other words, LET'S HAVE A CONTEST!)

If you include the button in a post on your blog I you will be entered once. If you put it on the sidebar of your blog (with the intention of leaving it there) with a short post about what it is, then you will be entered three times.
After you have posted the button, leave me a comment here WITH A LINK BACK TO YOUR BLOG!

For knitters:
-A Namaste needle binder in retired color camel with cranberry interior.
-100 yds of handspun yarn in the color(s) of your choice

For non-knitters:
-a cotton chenille knit washcloth with a bar of some yummy soap. (The washcloth is cream colored and oversized- very luxurious!)
-a knit hat in the colors of your choice
